Southside, Alabama March 26, 2017 –A Lion’s Heart announced today it has been named a “2017 Top-Rated Nonprofit” by GreatNonprofits, the leading provider of user reviews of charities and nonprofits.
A Lion’s Heart saves zoo animals throughout the world, resulting in dramatic improvements/changes/impacts for voiceless trapped animals.

We are proud of our accomplishments this year, including our work in Taiz, Yemen with the trapped in a war zone Taiz zoo animals. A Lion's Heart is an exceedingly good Non-Profit - one that I have total faith in. I have been a supporter of A Lion's Heart since its inception and have found their involvement in Taiz Zoo to be outstanding. They have made a difference to these abandoned animals - one can see the improvement since February 2016. They have worked through difficult circumstances without wavering and I have complete confidence in all that they undertake.
